Our conveniently located one bedroom cottages are central of the island of Bermuda. We are on top of the hill from Flatts Village where you can see "The Peak" which is the highest point of Bermuda. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you will find a variety store, boutique, spa, salon, barbershop, restaurants, dry cleaners, Aquarium, gas station and a village with beautiful landscapes. Visit the Flatts Bridge and you might see the whip morays as they pass through flowing current.

Beautiful views in Smith's

One of our guests commented, "The house has one of the best views you will see in your entire life. You can watch an early sunrise and in the evening the moon is shining, sparkling on the water. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds signing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Las Brisas apartment with a pool (+ EV chargers)

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk and a grocery store is a 12 minute walk away. We have a Labrador that roams the property. Please see our other rental on the property "Pool House in a Garden setting".

Perfect location with Water Views

In the words of our guests, experiences in the unit have been described as 'Spectacular', 'Incredible', Amazing', 'Awesome', 'Excellent' and we have even had a 'Wow'. The unit is spacious wiith beautiful views as the ocean is in your front yard. Many reviews extoll the location of the unit as it is centrally located. Large families (up to 8) with children, couples, and business travelers have all enjoyed the unit. We have never had anyone complain about this unit.

A renovated airy 1 bedroom (plus queen size sofa bed) with views of South Shore. Located within walking distance to Spittal Pond Nature Reserve and John Smith's Bay Beach. This apartment is located near restaurants, beaches and a grocery store, only 15 minutes from Hamilton. Includes full kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with king size bed and laundry facilities in addition to a new queen-size pull-out sofa. Pool access Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Owners live on property.
