Year round trails for hiking, snow shoeing, exploring etc. Beautiful scenery and wildlife in a peaceful, private setting, relax and unwind by the fire! We look forward to having you! Explore Eastern Ontario from the centre of it all in a spacious home that backs onto a park with a view of the a Rideau Canal beyond the park, a home that has something for everyone! A 20 x 40 foot in-ground pool, A treadmill, Bowflex and stationary bike for exercise, a pool table alongside one of the gas fireplaces and two dedicated workspaces for keeping up. 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, parking for 4 vehicles a fenced in yard and a quaint 3 Season Gazebo overlooking the pool and park.

Bachelor apartment

You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of Smiths Falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. Play pen available upon ask

This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.
