We are situated on a network of footpaths through the Yorkshire Dales so a perfect walking retreat ending your days in the hot tub. We are a quiet location with several people living on the farm. Loud, drunk guests will be vacated.

The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. 2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
