This cottage was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the idyllic village of Waterlandkerkje, which is also called 't kerkje by the residents themselves. The village falls under the municipality of Sluis. This region is known for its many bike paths, so be sure to bring your bike or rent a bike in Oostburg (5 km). This region also has many top restaurants, such as: Airrepublic, De Kromme Watergang and Pure C. Would you rather stay in 't Kerkje? Around the corner there is a cozy bistro!

House-Village-Sea - modern house in an old schell

In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

At our asparagus farm in Eede, close to Sluis, the Zeeland coast, Knokke and Bruges, we rent out a new vacation home suitable for 8 people. The house is equipped with every luxury, such as an infrared sauna, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and rain shower, 2 separate toilets, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. A private spa area has also been created outside. You can use an outdoor rain shower and a hot tub heated by a wood-burning stove. Wood is included in the rental price.

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful places on the North Sea. From the living room, you can see the sea and the beautiful dunes from Knokke to Breskens. The breathtaking views make you believe you are standing in front of a moving painting! In the summer, you open the folding frames completely and bring the sea in, as it were. The soothing sound of the waves, the salty sea air and the panoramic views of the infinite: it is wonderful to stay in C-View.

Cottage "Mies". Peace and quiet at the beach.

This is where you come to relax. Enjoy a wonderful location surrounded by locals in Hoofdplaat. The beach is in front of the door. Within walking distance you will find a restaurant. If you get tired of the quiet, you can cycle 8 km to Breskens. By car you are in no time in Antwerp and Bruges. Sustainability can go hand in hand with vacations, we think. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a dining/living room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms as well as a reading corner and the house's 1-2 persons sauna.
