The farm is located near the coastline of Cadzand and Breskens, which means that the estate is close to the fashionable Knokke (Belgium). Residents find peace and quiet in nature all around us. Around the 300-year-old authentic barn, there is a unique view over meadows with horses, and you can enjoy sea air over the polders.

Discover Zeelandic Flanders and complete your stay in Zeeland with a special experience in the historic Town Hall in Hoofdplaat. Hoofdplaat is a small village located behind the dike on the Westerschelde and is part of the municipality of Sluis. In this cozy village by the sea, there is a quiet, cozy and social atmosphere. The Raadhuis is a 3-minute walk from a small beach. A 10-minute drive away, you will find larger beaches, beautiful dunes and beach pavilions with delicious food!

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for 10 people. It is a beautiful vacation home for a family vacation. In the evening, you can enjoy the setting sun. This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants.

Mosseldijk5 is a charming, detached dike cottage. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the rolling polders of Nieuwvliet. You overlook the fields to Groede. The cottage is only one kilometer from the beach. The dike cottage has a large garden, from where you can start a fantastic walk or bike ride through Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Mosseldijk5 was completely renovated in 2020. The house has all the modern comforts with fireplace and cozy character.

The IJzendijke farm school (1907) in the Zeeland polder, completely renovated for you to celebrate your vacation. Nice to get away, alone or as a couple. The house is located on a quiet polder road with very little traffic. On the ground floor of the house, there is a dining room, a living room and kitchen. On the first floor, there is the toilet, bathroom and bedroom. The beds can be pushed apart and made for you before your arrival.

Welcome to our holiday home in Schoneveld! 3 bedrooms, sauna, garden and 400m from the beach. Up to 2 pets are welcome. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a dining/living room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms as well as a reading corner and the house's 1-2 persons sauna.
