Appartement op de 7e verdieping met 2 terrassen, 1 met frontaal zeezicht en 1 met zicht op het hinterland. Ruime woonkamer, keuken, apart toilet, slaapkamer en badkamer met 2e toilet. In de slaapkamer staat 1 tweepersoonsbed en 2 opklapbare éénpersoonsbedden. In de slaapkamer is er plaats om 1 éénpersoonsbed te plaatsen, het 2e kan in de woonkamer. Zeer centraal gelegen, aan de zeedijk en in het centrum. Beddengoed en handdoeken door de gasten zelf te voorzien. Babybedje en -stoel beschikbaar.

De residentie bevindt zich op de zeedijk tussen het Heldenplein en het bosje van Heist. De studio is gelegen op de zesde verdieping en biedt een fantastisch frontaal vergezicht. In de buurt zijn er bakkers, slagers, traiteurs .... en warenhuizen waar je gemakkelijk te voet heen kan (de wekelijks markt is op dinsdag). Niet te vergeten de leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Ook de ideale ligging voor een bezoek aan Brugge. WIFI en Proximus TV zijn aanwezig. !!!!! Huisdieren zijn NIET toegelaten.
