if you want to relax by the sea and live in a house where there is everything down to the smallest detail, then you need this house. I was amazed by everything, the proximity to the sea, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the owners. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely visit this place again.

Centrally located just off the main square overlooking the market, this apartment is a very easy walk from the bus station. It is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Although it’s on the 3rd floor, the two flights of stairs are wide and manageable. Igor was very responsive and provided good instructions. There is a grocery store right next door, however, their early morning deliveries are loud. I’d recommend this place to experience such an historic town, especially when the daytime tourists depart.

Super friendly welcome by Igor Angelina’s partner who met us at Rovinj Bus Station and took us to the apartment showing us all the services and local restaurants We were provided with Bikes and cold beers wine milk and water in the fridge It really was an outstanding welcome and throughout our stay Really liked the spacious apartment superb location and balcony overlooking the sea So great sunsets in the evening as well Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment Thank you Angelina and Igor we hope to return in the future

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! We stayed in Porec as a family (2 adults, 3 kids (1,3,12)) in August for a week. Davor's place offered a covered parking space right by the house, perfect. After a friendly welcome, we have furnished in the two air-conditioned rooms. The kitchen in the adjacent dining room provided everything we need for our stay. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, only the warm water didn't always want like us. 😜 Everything is nearby on foot, bakery, shopping, everything is there. Otherwise 5 minutes by car, great shopping offer. Also SB laundry, Car Wash, all can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. For electric car owners, I recommend the Lidl parking space for loading! The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot, the apartment offers a great location. We had a great time, despite the street location the traffic was never disturbing or not heard. The nights quiet, during the day the air conditioning was great. We are more than happy to recommend Davor's apartment! ❤️

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Who is looking for peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet 10 minutes from the sea, a warm recommendation for Lara's house in Bartići

We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

The apartment is spacious, pleasant, quiet, very well-equipped and perfectly located for visiting Izola, Piran...The environment is very pleasant with many walks from the house allowing you to admire the coastal landscape. We were very well received by Franko who offered us local products. I can only recommend this place.

The location of the flat is amazing! We felt cozy and at home very very quickly. The flat is very spacious, was super clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. But most of all, Donatella is such a kind and friendly host, that really made the difference ❤️ thank you!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

The only drawback is the leakage of the shower. The rest is fine

This is an excellent apartment in the heart of Trieste. Outside there are good bars, cafes and restaurants, but the apartment is high up and doesn't face the street so it's really quiet. It's very comfortable and it was so nice to be provided with mineral water, milk, snacks etc. A short walk to the grand canal, the tram to Opicina and the bus to Miramare, so it's a great base. Recommended.
