Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Bivališče je oddaljeno od središča mesta in morja 400m, pošta, banka, tržnica, kavarne, lokalna ponudba hrane... Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA. Sprehod ali s kolesom ob morju do Kopra dolg 4.7 km, izpod stoletnih borovcev. Lepa je tudi pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, zelo čisto morje, z naravno senco iglavcev. Visoke temperature morja omogočajo kopanje do sredine oktobra.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

It is a 20 sqm apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The home is very special, with furniture designed to make all spaces useful. Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.
