Easy access to various destinations. 7 minutes away to Airport, 2 miles away from Walden Galeria Mall, minutes away to highway 33 n 90. Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium is only 20 minutes away. The swimming pool with Jacuzzi will be open for guests use in summer months, started on first week of June and end on first week of october

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
