Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Unique Hot-tub Chalet with Balcony Views

ÈALÚ direct Irish translation for ESCAPE is the name of this unique place. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

This private studio apt has everything you'll need for your stay, including a private entrance, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with all the appliances you'll need. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. If you’re looking for a rural relaxing break, then our cosy 1 bedroom cabin is perfect for you! Situated in Ballycroy on the Wild Atlantic Way, next to Wild Nephin Ballycroy National Park with a view of the Nephin mountain range from the sofa and decking area. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the sea. We are also just a 15 minute drive to Mulranny, 25 minutes to Achill island and 40 minutes to Westport.

It is an old cottage which has been renovated over the years while still maintaining it's rustic charm. It's located close to many beautiful beaches, in one of the most scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara. The views from the cottage are simply breathtaking.
