Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. You have the opportunity to rent a small apartment, with its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The apartment is part of the house, where we live upstairs with our children. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden and the chickens. The kitchen consists of a combi oven and stove. It includes bedding and towels.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship, with the sea and a beautiful beach 4 metres below the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace faces south, so there's sun all day :-) It's 26 metres wide and forms the heart of our lovely holiday home. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.
