Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Located in the heart of Five Points, just over a mile to downtown. Newly renovated historic home. Large fenced in backyard. Three smart TV’s 55”, 40” and 32”. Watch free YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and others. Short walk to grocery, shops, restaurants and bars. Minutes from everything Huntsville. Free Internet (wifi) and coffee bar. The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. I have been a Super Host for 3 other properties in Huntsville so you will not be disappointed !!!! Looking forward for your stay on Lake Guntersville in Scotsboro Alabama!!!

A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. This cozy getaway blends into Lookout Mountain and emphasizes the beauty of the land inside and out. Every room draws natural light and calm. Convenient drive to all of Chattanooga's natural wonders, a short distance from charming Lookout Mountain town life and St. Elmo neighborhood. Our good friend Sarah and her pup Timber live in a separate apartment downstairs, and tend the garden during the season.
