Luxury Residence Metlika

The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment. In the central part there is a dining table, a leather sofa bed on which two people can sleep and a TV with Playstation 5. In the wellness area, we have a Finnish and infrared sauna and a jacuzzi with a TV. The bathroom is separated by a door. Outside the apartment there is a terrace and free parking.

Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Baita Skrila

The cottage reflects the time between the two world wars, as the Rapallo border (1920) ran above it. It offers all the necessary comfort and charm of the past. It is located in the Natura 2000 area, which is adjacent to the Snežnik Regional Park. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby surroundings (Snežnik, Pivka plateau,...) as well as wider (Kvarner, Brkini,...), where you can take our e-bikes, which are included in the price of accommodation (two nights one day free use of bicycles).

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
