Holiday rentals with beach access in Skopelos

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

The apartment was perfect for what I wanted - a quiet, pretty spot by the beach. It’s 2 mins from the beach and some lovely tavernas, coffee shop and supermarket and bus stop. Maria was really responsive and flexible, and the gardens were really pretty to sit and do a bit of work in. I loved my stay and wish I had booked more nights!

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect distance away from the city center but a walkable distance. Very clean space, the beds were made every day as well as the trash taken out. The staff there was the absolute kindest people. Very quiet surroundings. We loved the porch we could sit on with gorgeous views.

Welcome by the owners very available. Perfect accommodation, modern, new and very well equipped. Quiet room, large bathroom, very pleasant living room and terrace ideal for breakfast in the sun. A stone's throw from the sea and the port of Skopelos within walking distance. We recommend without hesitation!

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Paris was very helpful right away by having dinner ready for us the night we arrived. The room has practically everything you need and a mini terrace with a sea view. You have your privacy, or you can spend the evening with other guests at some dinners organized by Paris. He's from the island, born and raised, so he can recommend anything you want. He helped us look for the quad and lent us the beach umbrella. Oh, and the private beach is perhaps one of the most beautiful on the island.

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Perfect place for access to the main center (walking distance) and had a super market next door. Easy access by car to all the major beaches and destinations. This place is brand new and had all the amenities. Host and her family were very welcoming and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this Valentinas place! The terrace was absolutely amazing — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location was ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the center, yet peaceful and quiet. Parking was only a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Panagiota's mother met us to show us into the house, but Panagiota was always available at the end of the phone. The house was perfect, having everything we could need, and the terrace was the perfect place to relax under the parasol. Ideally located with an easy walk into the centre of the village for restaurants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place on Alonissos! The house was exactly as described – comfortable, well-equipped, and with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Andrea was a great host: welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond. But the real cherry on top was the terrace and the breathtaking view – we spent hours just soaking it all in. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing view from the apartment, which is in the front row of the bay with a nice beach and some restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and gave us a ride to the port. Excellent room service. I would definitivly come back and recommend this accommodation.

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

We had a wonderful stay at Milly’s house as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is as described, clean, large and very well equipped. Considering it’s based on a busy road, it is very quiet and peaceful. Spyridoula is a great host, very friendly and responsive and accommodated us with extra requirements immediately. Skiathos is a fantastic, beautiful island and we’d love to stay again at Milly’s House hosted by Spyridoula. One thing to note is the wifi in the house is patchy, so ensure you have extra data.

Nice apartment. It is exactly what you expect from the photos (well, the room is always a little smaller than the photos, it is something common). It was clean and had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and polite and answered directly to every question I had. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so it is not so easy to carry your luggage upstairs.

The studio is located in one of the best areas of the city. Amazing views, easy to park ( if not in front at least no more than 400 meters away) and nice restaurants with life music close to it. Giannis was always happy to help and gave us good recommendations 👌

The house was pretty great ,huge balcony ,huge bed ,recently renovated bathroom and great location.Elpida &Anna were absolutely great as well lovely and polite.Definitely a five star stay!!😀
