Smaller simpler holiday home 1 floor + loft located in Tyllsnäs, in the countryside but close to town. Approximately 5-10 minutes (4.5 km) from Borlänge Center. About 10-15 min (11km) from Romme Alpin. 1 bedroom on the lower floor 2 140cm beds 3 sleeping places in the loft 90 +2pcs 80cm bed. Underfloor heating. View of the Dalälven river. Parking for two cars. Allergy friendly dogs are welcome. The cottage is located next to a private residential house where the hosts live. Cleaning is NOT included, the cottage cleans the guests before departure. Cleaning supplies are available.

Private, fresh guesthouse next to our house. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Private entrance, patio and fast WiFi. Bedroom 1 has two 90 cm beds and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, 160 cm folded out. The kitchen is fully equipped except that the oven is missing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and drying rack. The location is central in Borlänge - with walking distance to both ICA Maxi, the city centre, restaurants and shops. For ski lovers, Romme Alpin is just 15 minutes away by car.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. You can go cross-country and downhill skiing nearby, so why not take a trip to Romme alpine during the day! Just behind the property, there is an apple orchard with over 100 apple varieties. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

Around the home, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the springs, take a ride on the river, or a swim, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small amazing cozy house that is well planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linen and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we will be happy to help with tips for your stay!

Welcome to the historic area of Bergslagsbyn, centrally located in Borlänge. The house has an equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa bed and dining area, a bedroom and sauna for pleasant moments after a day outdoors. It is 2 km to both the dome and Borlänge city centre. Romme alpine can be reached in 20 minutes. The accommodation can accommodate up to four people when using the sofa bed. We, as hosts, live on the farm in the larger residential house and are close at hand if you need anything.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.
