The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Welcome to our charming house! Here you live on 90 sqm with lush garden, spacious glassed-in terrace, as well as barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments. A perfect place for couples and families with children as well as work travelers. The accommodation is close to the beaches Stafsinge & Skrea (1.5 resp. 3 km) and the city center with cozy shops, restaurants and the outdoor theater Vallarna. ICA and Systembolaget are just a stone's throw away from the house. Gekås Ullared can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Own car parking included.

Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Here we hope you will enjoy our raised garden in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will have a nice courtyard and private terrace . To the city center it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk and the nearest grocery store is only five minutes away. Grill or borrow bikes? Just let me know! Self check-in with keys in the lockbox on the wall outside, the code is given after confirmed booking. Note Cleaning is done by you as a guest. Feel free to take an extra check when you arrive and let me know if anything is not ok.

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage has a double bed, but there is room for up to two floor mattresses for the small family. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

Falkenberg's largest and finest beach, Skrea Strand, is 8 minutes away by car, about 15 minutes by bike. The Ätran River and Vallarna with nice green areas and walking paths 10 min walk away.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

The cottage is decorated as a small suite and offers that little extra! Suite has AC. Patio with tables, chairs and grill. Final cleaning is not included, but you can book. Include towels and beds.
