Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm central, you will find this cozy cabin. A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest, adjacent to a hiking trail. From here you will hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn paws both fox and deer and hares often pass by.

Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

A cosy house in Länna, Skogås. It's set in an ideal location, close to several forests and lakes, yet within reach of Stockholm city centre (20 mins by car). Making it a perfect nature getaway but also an arm's length away from the hustle and bustle of Stockholm city. Within a 15 minute walking distance is the Drevviken lake, a perfect spot for a dip and picnic, as well as a large supermarket. Skogås train station can be reached by the 830/831 bus, taking just 10 minutes or a 20 minute walk.
