Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm central, you will find this cozy cabin. A ten minute walk will take you to the center of Trångsund with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaning, shoe maker and simpler restaurants. In the same amount of time, you go to the nearest swimming area or liked the cafe and restaurant Villa Printz. The cabin is located right at the edge of the forest. From here you will hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn paws both fox and deer and hares often pass by.

Close to a lake for swimming and lovely walks. Only a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 15 minutes to the commuter train and about 15 minutes by car to central Stockholm. Länna shopping centre, with shops and restaurants, is also nearby.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The house has three floors and two entrances, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The feeling of being on countryside with it's calm nature with forest beside and lake within a few hundred meters , despite there is only half an hour or 20 km to Stockholm city. The house is surrounded by calm and relaxing nature, but still close to shops, public transports and commercial life. There is a nice lake and two beaches at 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Newly built cozy cottage in quiet residential area with the forest just around the corner, 20 minutes walk to Drevviken lake with sandy beach. You can get to Stockholm City in 30 minutes, proximity to bus and commuter trains as well as Länna Market with shops.
