No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Cottage is a level waterfront, located four miles from Skaneateles on the east side of the lake. It is ideal for 4 adults and 3 children, but I’ll let you be the judge. Two Queens, bunks, and two trundles. Calendar is not updated regularly. I do have other non-listed properties. I'm happy to help you find a spot if Three Birds is booked.
