The building is now converted into a spacious accommodation of about 100 sqm plus loft with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry pillars. The open floor plan on the ground floor with high ceilings, includes a large and open living room with sofa group and dining area with plenty of room for the big family. Upstairs, overlooking the living room, there is a double bed as well as a single bed.

There is a kitchenette (with microwave and fridge) for breakfast and simpler consumption. Furnished for three people with a double bed and a single bed, including bed linen and towels. There is free parking, and there is a small patio. Easy to get to the centre and Hyllie. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea and bicycles are available to borrow. The property is located in a peaceful area.

An old charming Mölle house from the century. There is the blue room, large 180 cm bed with balcony to sea view. The green room, bigger, 180 cm bed , mountain and tennis view. Red, has 2 single beds, looks out over neighboring villageWe have no TV or wifi. Here you enjoy a good book on the porch, nice walk in the forest, along with the sea,bike to the vineyard, Only positive energies. 5 min down to bath Tennis, golf, mountain climbing, kayaking , biking, etc. Wonderful walks in the nature reserve.

I närområdet finns Möllevångstorget (farmers market), restauranger, Folkets Park, lekplatser, parker och mycket annat. Vill man vila från storstadsvimlet så är trädgården en härlig oas där man kan lyssna till fågelsång, plocka frukt och umgås.

When you stay here you have the whole upstairs of the house to yourself, feel at home! You are also welcome to enjoy my garden and patio, and in the kitchen fridge downstairs there is a space for guests to put groceries. The accommodation is located in cozy and calm townhouse neighborhood in Svedala. Only about 10-30 minutes drive from Malmö, Sturup airport (MMX), Lund, Trelleborg and Ystad. At my place there is also the possibility for guests in the same party to book two separate rooms.
