One and a halph kilometers East of the traditional village of Kondias where the area is sparsely built. The Guest Houses were originally a stable and a barn and were renovated in 1998. The guest houses have a breathtaking view overlooking the blue sea of Kondias Gulf. They are complete and autonomous apartments with their own kitchen and wc.
