Holiday rentals with a patio in Skaljari

Beautiful apartment and the perfect location for what we wanted from Kotor. If you want to be in the middle of the old town or to be able to drive to Perast then this wouldn't be for you, but for us it was absolutely perfect. Very close to a nice beach, much quieter than in the old town and easy driving to Stoliv, Tivat and Lepetani around the coast road. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Shower was incredible! Communication with the host was quick and helpful and they were very accommodating with any requests I had.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

Super lovely home with ocean views which you can lounge by the pool or patio to enjoy! Private and peaceful spot that was close to Old Town Square which is great for restaurants and other exploring. I would be happy to stay at Vanja’s again in the future :)

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had put tremendous thought and care into every detail of our stay. The space was immaculately clean, you could tell that serious attention had been paid to every corner, from the sparkling bathroom fixtures to the dust-free surfaces throughout. Little touches like the pod coffee machine, soft towels, and blackout curtains showed real consideration for guest comfort. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one sets the bar high. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I highly recommend Bojana’s property, the location is the best you will find in Kotor and the private courtyard provides some discreet privacy amongst the hustle and bustle of central Kotor. Thank you!

Absolutely 5* amazing host, lovely location. The apartment is fully equipped, extremely clean, Slobo and Daca have thought of everything, quick to reply if you have a enquiry. Location is about 10 mins into town, 15 into Old part of the Town, we used bakery close by, bus station handy for days out. Highly recommend this apartment if your looking for quality, we will be returning as it's a little Gem.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Great little house close to old town but in a quiet spot! We had an issue the first day with AC since the drain pipe had been wrapped around the unit by someone. Host was going to have it fixed and responded well before we figured out the problem ourselves. Only complaint was there were ant lines by the front door and window of one of the bedrooms

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

Widok z tarasu jest niesamowity. Parking dla gości przy samym apartamencie. Około 20 minut spacerem do centrum Kotoru. W pokoju jest wszystko co potrzebne. Niewielki basen na dachu jest idealny dla dzieci. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

For a Roman, great, for a Spartan, heaven. Indulge, the organisation is perfect, the location magical - who even thinks about higher end in an OLD TOWN of a great city. Enjoy!

This is a gem within the old town. The location is exceptional while the apartment itself is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax. Well decorated and looks newly renovated. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
