Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! Amazing home.

La vue est magnifique. La vieille ville est à 30 minutes de marche. Les lits sont confortables et il y a suffisamment de draps et de serviettes. Cuisine bien équipée. Téo est très avenant et il est facile de communiquer avec lui. Je recommande.

Tasos est un hôte extrêmement accueillant. À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons trouvé un frigo et un congélateur généreusement garni. Des fruits, des confitures, des biscottes et des boissons fraîches et chaudes nous attendaient. Et Tasos a été absolument adorable pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Son appartement est très agréable , le jacuzzi et la vue magnifique en font une perle rare. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, encore plus appréciée grâce aux nombreux détails auxquels Tasos a pensé.

Superbe endroit avec une jolie décoration. Une terrasse pour se détendre et prendre ses repas à couper le souffle. Manolis et sa femme sont très charmant et d une extrême gentillesse. L hospitalité crétoise au rendez vous, nous avons eu droit à des légumes, du pain, confiture , miel, des petits mets préparés.... Je recommande fortement cette adresse lors d un passage dans la région.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Life. Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, konnten wir schon mittags einchecken. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Blick war wunderschön und die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Very nice modern house (less than five years old?) overlooking the sea. Everything in very good working order, including powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms. Frequent cleaning of the pool area was a benefit, particularly when a storm had come in the night before. Very convenient to Rethymno as well as to several bakeries and restaurants towards the centre of the island.

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

Great place. Great location. Kitchen was a bit small for the size of the space, but very workable. Air conditioning on the first level for the common space didn’t work (we notified the owner but were told we were wrong - we weren’t). But that didn’t really affect our stay. If the weather was hotter I could see it being an issue. But overall, we really enjoyed the rental.

Words can’t describe how incredible this home is. Every corner you looked there was a masterpiece to be found. Beautifully decorated is an understatement, this Airbnb was curated over years and years of living. It was nested in the heart of the town. I will 100% be coming back. We had a fantastic stay in Michalis's lovely corner suite. It was cozy, unique, and had everything we needed, plus nice extras like a washer, a second bathroom and street parking (just do an extra lap around the block). The location was ideal, with traditional windows opening to a garden and ruins, and it was a short walk to everything while being away from the Old City crowds. Michalis was an amazing host—very responsive, provided great local tips, and even took time to offer us coffee and chat. He’s definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this place and a stay with Michalis!!

Retro Gaming Paradise – A Perfect Stay! We had an amazing time at this apartment! The place was a nostalgic dream for any retro gaming fan—fully stocked with classic consoles like the N64, Dreamcast, Game Boys, and more! along with a great selection of games. It was the perfect setup to unwind and relive some childhood favorites. The space itself was beautifully designed—clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, with thoughtful touches that really gave it character. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night. The location was also ideal—close to everything - center , food places, shops, beach , with easy access to local attractions. On top of all that, George is a fantastic host : friendly, responsive, and full of excellent local recommendations that really added to the experience!! Highly recommend this spot for gamers or anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay!

Vlakbij het strand. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Behulpzame verhuurder. Alles op wandelafstand, auto is enkel nodig voor daguitstappen. Leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is dat het naast een drukke baan ligt met nodige lawaai.

Fantastic property with its own terrace affording great views over Chania. Loungers, tables, chairs, coffee table, soft chairs all there for our own personal use. Large canopy affording shade to sit under. Inside a gem. Spotless interia with quality bed linen and a beautiful set table with linen napkins. All you need in the kitchen, plenty of crockery and cutelry, pans etc. Large TV with Netflix available. Anastasia was an attentive host availanble to assist if/when required very swiftly. Recommend this accomodation for couples.

If you wish to experience a secluded garden by a non-travelled beach, almost like your own access to the sea, that is the place. A very good taverna is few meters away. Nothing best to let stress, driving, movida and consumerism behind one's shoulders for some days. Dimitri and his family have created a heaven of peace and a beautiful garden. The holiday-house from their parents is still decorated like in the 80s, but all the essentials are there. The generous welcoming, with a large basket of fruit, olive oil and salad from the herb garden, complete the feeling of coming home. Efkaristò! Many thanks! Rossella

Just wonderful and more! Irini could not have been a more welcoming, attentive, wonderful host. The villa is amazing, tucked away in Adele with lots of privacy. A car is definitely needed and parking could be tricky. There for our son’s wedding and we did have a few experiences not in the guide book - 6.2 earthquake and sandstorm from Sahara but Irini was there, sorting things out, bringing us pastries and gifts. A truly memorable and fantastic time. Highly recommend both the gorgeous villa (cats and kittens included!) and our host, lovely Irini. Thank you for having us!

We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie bij Kostas. De accommodatie is nog mooier in het echt dan op de foto’s. Het is een prachtige, ruime villa met een grote tuin eromheen + eigen zwembad. De communicatie met Kostas verliep goed. Hij wilde graag helpen. De accommodatie was schoon en had verschillende voorzieningen. Na twee dagen had ik helaas allemaal bultjes op mijn benen wat leek op vlooienbeten (vermoedelijk van de katten die ‘s nachts op de stoelen liggen). Ik heb Kostas hierover bericht en hij schakelde meteen een bestrijdingsdienst in. Dit werd erg gewaardeerd. Daarna geen last meer gehad van deze beten. We zouden de accommodatie van Kostas zeker aanbevelen!

Manos Villa was absolutely perfect! There were 9 of us and plenty of space with a fabulous pool and a bbq. The team were extremely helpful and responsive, helping us with everything from taxi numbers to local recommendations. We had the best week staying in the gorgeous Cretan mountains. Having hire cars definitely made our week easier, however the taxi recommendation from the team were very reliable as well. I would not hesitate to visit again! Thank you so much for having us we loved it 😊

Wir hatte eine mega tolle Zeit dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, alles wie auf denn Bildern. Sofia war immer erreichbar und hat sich immer darum gekümmert das wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Wir können es nur jeden empfehlen dort hin zugehen. Wir selber würden sofort wieder hin gehen. Danke für alles.

Vi var meget begejstrede for at leje jeres virkeligt smukke bolig. Huset er helt fantastisk, det ligger med den mest fantastiske udsigt ud over byen, huset fremstod rent og pænt alle vegne, der var kælet for detaljerne overalt. Jeres værtskab, jeres service og vilje til at hjælpe os, med alt fra grundig introduktion til huset og dets faciliteter, ordring af fastfood, da vi ankom sent. Hvor finder vi en rigtig god slagter, bestilling af Taxa og flere andre spørgsmål, gav vores ophold en ekstra positiv dimension. Kombinationen af huset i sig selv og jeres værtskab, gjorde vores ferie til noget helt særligt. Som ganske enkelt skal have topkarakterer på alle parametre. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

Wat hebben wij genoten van Villa Louloudaki. De villa voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het is een prachtige, ruime, schone en rustig gelegen accommodatie in de buurt van Rethymnon. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk met goede en voldoende strandbedden, parasols en palmbomen voor de nodige schaduw. De bedden waren ook prima en iedere kamer had een goede airconditioning. De keuken was ook goed gevuld met van alles en nog wat: koffieapparaat, oven, broodrooster, magnetron en zelfs een tosti apparaat. Onze gastvrouw Niki heeft ook zeker bijgedragen aan een fijne vakantie. Wat een gastvrije vrouw! Daarnaast was ze erg behulpzaam. Elke vraag werd snel en duidelijk beantwoord. Af en toe kregen we heerlijk vers fruit uit eigen tuin zoals vijgen, druiven en cactus vruchten en zij gaf tips over mooie stranden, goede restaurants en leuke uitjes. Door dit alles hebben we nog meer kunnen genieten van Kreta. Een echte aanrader!

Could not recommend this place enough. Me and my 4 mates went to this villa. (5 lads, all 21 years old) it was amazing, Magdalena met us at the villa when we landed to talk us through all that we needed and show us around. It was huge, 5 bedrooms and plenty of things to do inside the house, multiple TVs, big kitchen with all the things you’d need, blenders, coffee machine, cutlery etc. The views from the villa were incredible as we were on top of a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature in the day and even at night it was never really cold like most pools. The gym is small but you can manage well if you know what you are doing. It has a good pool table, table tennis, loads of card games and a PS4. Whenever we needed any help Magdalena would always respond in minutes. The price is great for what you get it is the best I have found. It is only 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion where there is plenty to do such as food and drink. I’d also recommend renting a car.
