Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.

Good accomodation. Central with regard to activities in gera Bay area. house located in tiny village next to a taverna (which was closed in May). super quiet that time of year except for the birds. house has nice furniture and bed and has all the small things you need like soap etc. had a very comfortable stay there. several walks pass right through Karini, so perfect for hikers.

Our stay at Kostas's place was excellent! Our arrival was very easy, with clear instructions and a smooth check-in. The place was spotless, neat and perfectly comfortable – we felt at home. The description of the accommodation was absolutely accurate and fully corresponded to reality. Communication with Kostas was impeccable – always polite, available and willing to help, without being intrusive. The location is ideal: quiet, safe and close to everything we needed. The value for money is excellent – an experience that was worth every euro. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Amazing country house with a very beautiful and comfortable yard in which it shaded all day a huge vine (important for families with children who want space to play), 200 meters from the nice beach of Mystengnes staircase. The house is comfortable, clean, fully equipped and very quiet all day long. There is a lot of privacy and you have the feeling that you are in the countryside since on the perimeter of the estate is a large field surrounded by trees. Kostas is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to his father for the delicious grapes from the vine. Highly recommended

Probably this villa is the best choice for the stay with a group in Mytilini. Villa was clean, and has really wide rooms, lots of opportunities as bike, cano, bbq, perfect backyard, and just 3 meter to sea in a very calm neighbor. One welcome pack with the ouzo, coffee,snacks and local foods already prepared for us. All rooms has a good AC. Thank you for the Katerina for everything, especially for hospitality and good communication. We really recommend here and looking forward for next stay there.

When you enter Oliver's house, you witness many memories. Not an ordinary house. You just have to listen and listen to its story:) Inside the house there is everything you need and more. There are things you will have a pleasant time in the house for all ages. Peaceful calm place. Many pleasure corners have been created under the olive trees around the house. It was great to watch the sky under the stars in the evening. Oliver is a very caring and welcoming host. We would love to come back🙏
