Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Unique log cabin from 1968 on a nice hill among pine trees and proximity to lake and sea. Perfect for a weekend's relaxation if you want to get away from the big city. Simple but charming standard. Large cottage with dining area and sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms (160+110 bed + extra bed). Bathroom (separate) is accessed via door from the balcony. Enjoy walking in the beautiful environment, go swimming or just relax on the balcony. Grill, play records or light a fire in the stove during cooler days. Proximity to the bus stop. Welcome!

Cozy and fresh house with great views and sun all day/evening. The house is high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm downstairs). Close to the house there is a guest house with wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, cafe, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Easy public transport.

Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. You vill be able to enjoy our garden, small private beach and pontoon. The area surrounding the house has three dining areas suitable for wonderful breakfast or evening dinners. You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

Modern, charming, small but efficiently open-plan home/cottage on a quiet gravel road 500 meters from Söderby Brygga in Västerhaninge - halfway between Stockholm and Nynäshamn. Neighboring houses are within sight, but the location is still secluded. Two sleeping places in the loft via ladder and two sleeping places in sofa bed. TV, WiFi and parking with access to charging station. Heating/cooling with air-to-air heat pump.
