A 3-minute drive from the village (Langhirano) with all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Quiet and surrounded by greenery. 20 km from Parma. Free parking. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The car park and the garden, on the other hand, are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property.

It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodation, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

For those passing between Parma, Mantua, Sabbioneta, Verona, Lake Garda, you must stay in a historic building in Casalmaggiore, formerly a convent in the 1600s and near the Po river embankment. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
