Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

A truly great place with an outstanding view! Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a special atmosphere.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Staying at Konstantina’s place was great! You’re right around the corner of the lively streets of Afitos, without any noise. The location was also near a parking spot which came in handy since we rented a car. And the view was amaaaazing. The parents of Konstantina were very sweet and gave us a warm welcome. All the amenities were there, we also got new towels when we got them dirty. Only thing to remark is that there’s no washing machine, you would have to ask to wash something and the cooking stove is not that great, it’s very slow, but with so much great restaurants around that was not a problem at all!!

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Beautiful apartment very close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, followed by small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

I had a truly wonderful time at Martha’s place in Siviri. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is fantastic: quiet, close to the beach, and perfect for relaxing. Martha was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always helpful whenever I had a question. I felt completely at home during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Halkidiki!

We experienced the proverbial Greek hospitality with Dimitris and family, always responsive, helpful, accommodating. Nea Fokeia is a clean place, very suitable for excursions in all directions. The location of the accommodation in the middle of the local action, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. The house is tastefully furnished, bathroom a bit cramped, the sunrise, view from the veranda over the golf course, Sithonia to Athos made us forget the negatives, we felt completely comfortable.

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, cozy, and had every little thing we needed. The location was peaceful and beautiful—just a short drive from the sea but tucked away in nature. What truly made it special, though, was the host. Warm, helpful, and genuinely kind—Greek hospitality at its finest. You don’t just stay here; you feel cared for. We left with smiles, full hearts, and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to come back.

All you needed is on place!

The apartment is like on the pictures. There is small beach right in front the apartment, which is perfect if you don't want to go somewhere farther, but still want to swim in the sea. There is no exact parking spot for the guests, but with more luck, there might be free places on the street in front of the house. At walkable distance to the center of Siviri and some good restaurants, it's quite and chill in the area of the apartment. As a negative aspect is that the apartment do not have mosquito nets.
