A brand new house for 4+2 people in a quiet village 20 minutes from Rovinj and other famous destinations. The house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, the living room can accommodate 2 more people. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and on the terrace by the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a bread oven and a grill. In the yard there is a pool 8x5m and next to the pool there is a building with a sauna and another bathroom. The surroundings of the house are beautifully decorated as well as the entire village.

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
