Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sitio de Calahonda

We had a wonderful, short stay at David's beautiful house. Quiet and private we had fantastic views from every room. The gardens and pool were perfect for us. The house was spacious and clean with quality beds and linen and lovely bathrooms. David was so friendly and accommodating, such a generous host. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to re visit.

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

My family and I had a fantastic four days. The accommodation is even better than in the photographs. It has all the comforts and is very equipped. What we liked most was the garden and the natural light the house has. We went with a two-month-old baby and Jose and Inmaculada provided us with a travel cot. It's a house totally adapted to a baby. The location is perfect for getting around Malaga's best-known sites. The hosts are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Jose recommended several places to eat. Definitely a very good experience

We had a very relaxing week long-night stay at this beautiful villa in Malaga. The property was exactly as described— clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing break. The villa had everything we needed, making our short stay truly enjoyable. A mention to Stephen, whose communication throughout the entire booking and stay was outstanding. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful.

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such an amazing time. We had lots planned so didn’t spend an excessive amount of time in the villa but the time we did was just brilliant - the pool / outdoor areas were just magic! Will be back :)

A superb villa, very spacious and clean. Just a note that it is at the top of a small mountain but wow when you get to the top the views are truly spectacular. A great spot for exploring the area and Ubers are easy to get for trips into Malaga, would highly recommend.

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. We felt very comfortable in Cordula's apartment from the first moment. You have a great view from the balcony and it is really very quiet. The apartment is well equipped. When we had technical questions about the air conditioning, Cordula was immediately available and helped us perfectly from a distance. We regularly used the associated pool. We were often the only guests there. The whole system is very well maintained. Ojén is a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area. We would come back anytime.

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

Amazing apartment, lovely walk down to the beach and local marina. Very easy to uber around. Very clean, tidy and well presented. The Balcony is big and a great space to chill or work. Can’t recommend enough will be back. Mark

Bright, very spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace and superb views of the sea and surrounding hills. Corresponds to description. Placed in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Laura's smiling and flexible welcome. Contemporary, stylish, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped (appliances, utensils and dishes) and makes it possible to make, in good conditions, a family kitchen + a Weber barbecue (which makes a long-term stay possible). Lots of essentials provided, which is a real plus. Good bedding. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Well located between Marbella and Malaga (airport), a car is absolutely essential: nothing can be done on foot. Many golf courses nearby. Lots of interesting sights to visit. Many shops, restaurants and bars open even in winter. Efficient wifi. Eric answered my (many) questions very quickly and completely.

We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing and the unit is super comfortable with everything you need. Overall an excellent stay - would love to come back.

The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. Very stylish and at the same time comfortably furnished. Everything you need is there. A special highlight are the two terraces & the fantastic view into the distance. The complex is super clean, well-maintained & quiet. So, if you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place 👍🏻 Zana was super accessible at all times & was able to help directly with all concerns. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was broken & it was therefore very warm in the apartment. Conclusion: We had a wonderful time & will definitely come back. 😊

We had a fantastic time in the apartment of Carmela. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. We were warmly greeted and received lovely welcome gifts for us and our little dogs. The situation of the flat was perfect, close to food shopping and the beach and nice chiringuitos who prepared lovely food with reasonable prices. Enough of car space, secured and quiet. A special mention to the lovely garden we used for breakfast and dinner and enjoying relaxation and the sun. The pool was lovely. Thank you so much for your welcome Carmela, and the wonderful stay that we had. We will be back.

My family and my sister’s family recently stayed at Mar’s villa to celebrate my mum’s 60th. We were absoloutely blown away with the level of service, helpfulness and kindness of the host. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs, it was spacious, spotless, so well equipped. The pool was so clean and a decent size and all the added touches for the kids were so nice. The location is fantastic. Easy to get an uber to surrounding restaurants if you don’t want to walk. The beach front is a 7 min walk. We would love to visit again with friends. Can’t thank the hosts enough for their help and guidance to ensure a smooth stay. Also recommend uber eats supermarket delivery for things like water or essentials. Lovely takeaways in the area too! Thank you Mar!!!!

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

My family and I had a great week at William’s house! The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for all of us. William was an excellent host — very reactive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which really helped with our travel plans. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place!

I booked Isabelle’s place for a long weekend with the girls and we absolutely loved it! Amazing outdoor space and facilities, right by the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Would highly recommend and definitely consider re-booking.

The Villa was so lovely! Photos don’t do it justice. We spent a week with 6 of us staying and we had so much room. The pool was so nice and the view was fabulous. The area was so serene and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo was only an 8 minute drive. There were so many shops and restaurants in town and we highly recommend Venta los Condes (ask for a table on the upstairs terrace for a great view!). Eva and her team were so warm & welcoming and Eva was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa!!

A beautiful villa - perfect for relaxing as a family. Area is quiet, but plenty (restaurant, beach, shops) within easy drive. Fabulous place.

Fantastic views! We had a lovely stay to celebrate 70th birthday with the family. Property suited us well, but be aware there are lot of steps and different levels so not ideal for elderly with reduced mobility or for small children. Hire car made it easy to do shopping and explore nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to book Casa Kodak again!
