Waterfront holiday rentals in Sitio de Calahonda

We stayed as a family with two kids and that was very good to do! Cynthia arranged a cot for our three-month-old baby at no extra cost. High chair not available, but it wasn't necessary. Everything looked very good, actually even better than in the photos. A downside was the swimming pool which has few shaded areas, but Cynthia can't do anything about that. Really very close to the beach, only we found the beach a little less child-friendly and clean. We went on the recommendation to cabopino, rented loungers at Cacoa beach bar, really recommended. Had a great 10 days! Thank you Cynthia

From the very beginning, communication with the host went great. The host greeted me personally, showed me everything, showed me where the nice beaches are, etc. I am delighted with the place. I felt at home I wholeheartedly recommend the place and the host of this house to see, I will definitely return there

What a view! The place is not very big but quite functional and as described in the listing. No need to go to a restaurant with a terrace like this, the place is a little corner of paradise. Thanks to Veerle for hosting us 🌞

Everything was very well coordinated in advance and the check-in was very easy and good. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, the location is very good and the view is simply wonderful. I felt very comfortable and thank Christian and Alfonso for their always friendly support.

Wishlist! Very warm apartment, we had a good time with the family :) The apartment is very well equipped, we particularly enjoyed the parasol, sand toys and beach towels! The pool and children's park were ideal for the family! Thanks Daniel:)

Everything was as described on platform and photos. The Apartment was very well kept and more spacious than expected. Great view of the sea from the balcony and garden facilities which covered all our needs. Beautiful location, with easy access to the boardwalk and Antonio’s Restaurant (would highly recommend). The grounds and pool area provided a peaceful and relaxing area for sunbathing with views of the sea. Our host Magdalena was excellent. She was most helpful and answered any queries we had honestly and promptly. Overall we would highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we will get the opportunity to return here in the near future.

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

A beautiful apartment. All the comforts. Nearby a great supermarket (where everything was for sale), butchers, bakers, shops, restaurants etc. Stunning views over the sea. From the apartment, you can reach the beach and the boulevard in no time. We enjoyed it!

Shops, a couple of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Short 5 minute walk to the seafront and a nice boardwalk to walk along to Cala de Mijas and the other way down to a nice marina with multiple bars/restaurants and beaches to stop either way. Short 20 minute walk into Cala which is a nice small town. Good bus service on the main road below the property so a car is definietly not essential. Around 30 minutes either way to Fuengarolla or Marbella. We experienced no noise from the main road when sitting outside or on an evening in bed. Quiet area as opposed to Fuengerolla or Marbella which suited. Nice clean accomodation in a nice quiet setting. The outside area is very relaxing in a beautiful private garden setting. Franck was very helpful with advice before our arrival and came to see us to make sure evertything was okay and gave helpful information on the local shops. Left us to our devices but was on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend.

This is our second stay at Maria's and we will happily come back again. Maria is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The house is as described, very well equipped and with an exceptional view of the beach. Very clean accommodation, good quality bedding, even beach towels are provided. Close to the centre of Málaga by public transport or Uber. Fish restaurants on the street by the beach, and cheap. Ideal place for a stay with family or friends Many thanks

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such an amazing time. We had lots planned so didn’t spend an excessive amount of time in the villa but the time we did was just brilliant - the pool / outdoor areas were just magic! Will be back :)

Very nice accommodation and as advertised. Climbing the stairs may require a little effort, but the view is well worth it! It went very well, I would recommend it in a second. Thank you for hosting us:)

Great accommodation in a great location

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

The apartment is close to the centre and the beach, so a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped, it was clean and as in the pictures. We were very pleased!

Loved our stay! The place is beautiful and the pictures were exactly as shown. The view is amazing and sitting on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing. The location was right in the center and it was a very safe street. Would absolutely come back. Be warned that there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the unit- my group was a few girls and we made it work but if someone cannot carry a large luggage then going up the steps might be difficult. Regardless, it was worth it!
