Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sithonia

The villa was wonderful , more than at home ...because there is all what you need ..supper comfort, extra pool , green garden , a lot of trees ,Sany sandy beach ,Rafail like best host ...I recommended the place for your holiday..

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Antonias Haus. Der Check in lief unkompliziert, die Kommunikation war sehr gut und angenehm. Im Haus war alles was man benötigte, besonders den großen Pool muss man hervorheben und der schöne gepflegte Garten mit all den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind schnell erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiter und würden wieder buchen.

Στα 5 χρόνια που πάω Χαλκιδική μπορώ να πω πως ήταν το καλύτερο σπιτι που έχω μείνει οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν απλά καταπληκτικοί ευγενικοί μας βοήθησαν να βρουμε το σπιτι μας το άφησαν πεντακάθαρο ότι χρειαζόμασταν είχαμε τέλεια επικοινωνία το χωριό φανταστικό το σπιτι είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα ούτε 1 λεπτό με το που επισκεφτείτε το χωριό μπορείτε να μείνετε με κλειστά τα μάτια σε αυτό το σπιτι επίσης για αυτούς που έχουν ζώα μπορείτε να τα πάτε άφοβα τα αγαπάνε παρα πολύ τα ζώα απλά ήταν όλα τέλεια και παρα πολύ οικονομικά με δυο λέξεις οι άνθρωποι είναι πραγματικά ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ. Σας ευχαριστούμε παρα πολύ.

Everything was perfect, I spent 10 dream days. The location is easy to find and the host Rian is extremely polite and responds immediately to any need of the tourist. The beach is alive and the surrounding restaurants are perfect. We were 5 people and a dog and it was wonderful. We have been going to Greece for over 15 years, almost every summer, but the Rian house location is by far one of the coolest. As a conclusion, I strongly recommend Rian House, you will certainly be pleasantly surprised and will come back. Thank you Rian for everything!

Paschalis is a great host, very friendly and communicative. The apartment has a great view of the sea and the spa and there is a spacious balcony to enjoy it from. It is only a short walk to the beach, the spa and the town. I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Anna's place is amazing. You can feel that from the moment you approach it. Just few steps from the amazing sandy beach with pristine water. Place is tucked away from the beach buzz and crowd. House is clean and well maintained with everything you need even for a longer stay. Anna's mom Irina (amazing host) is close by and can assist if needed, though we haven't needed any help it was nice to know that she's close by. You will need some way of transportation if you want to do the regular shop visits unless you don't mind 25 min walk each direction to the nearest shop in Nea Potidea. Though there might be a bus option that we were not aware of since we came by car. In a nutshell it was a great stay and we would like to visit again. Thank you Anna and Irina!

Bei Christina haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wurde voll umsorgt bis ins kleine Detail. Vor allem haben wir die Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel den Sonnenschirm und anderes Standzubehör viel genutzt. Auch gegen die Hitze ist man mit Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator gut gewappnet. Wenn einem mal etwas nicht passte, wird direkt eine passende Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 min bis zu einigen Cafés oder Bäckereien, bei denen man gut frühstücken kann. In 10min zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung und wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder vorbei, um Urlaub zu machen.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Αρκετά άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Καταπληκτική θέα! Βλέπεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι το οποίο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και σου προτείνουν αρκετά μέρη για να περάσεις ευχάριστα την διαμονή σου!

We had a great week in a magical place and a super cozy home that felt like our own “summer home”. Marianna is an exceptional host. She has thought about every single detail to make her guests feel comfortable. She has an amazing home and we feel lucky to have chosen her place for our holidays. Die Wohnung von Iza ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns dort von Anfang an wohl gefüllt. Für vier Personen bestens geeignet, die Ausstattung ist komplett, sogar für das erste Frühstück war gesorgt! Mit den Wetter in Griechenland sollte man etwas aufpassen, wir hatten bis zu 40°C, auch Nachts war es sehr warm. Dank der Klimaanlage in der Wohnung zum Glück kein Problem, aber außerhalb halt anstrengend. Neben den vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten hat uns vorallem die Anmietung eines Bootes (30PS, auf Sithonia) gefallen, wir konnten viele kleine Buchten entdecken. Ansonsten kann man vor Ort allerhand unternehmen, Bowling, Kartbahn usw. Vielen dank uns an Iza und ihre Familie!

Nice little family affair, good location, on the beach, with a nice olive garden, sunbeds, terrace, place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Christos and his son are very hospitables. I definitely recommend!

Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον σε μια πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο υψηλής αισθητικής και πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό.

A private and cosy place, we didn't look for a busy hotel so this familial place was exactly what we were looking for and Iakovos and her sister were very sweet and hospitable as are always the greek people.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Von dort aus kann man zu einem der besten Strände zu Fuß gehen und alle anderen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre und Alexander und seine Familie waren super hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) liebe Grüße

Alles war super! Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Alles voller Zitronenbäume und anderer schöner Pflanzen. Man findet viele schattige Plätze, das Frühstück draußen bei netter Musik bereitet einen guten Start in den Tag. Es gibt täglich frischen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und verschiedene Marmeladen aus Früchten des eigenen Gartens. Abends ist es hier schön beleuchtet und das Haus an sich ist einfach ein Blickfang. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es mit dem Restaurant (Paradisos) das älteste Haus dort. Es hat im Vergleich zu vielen anderen langweiligen kahlen Bauten einfach Charakter! Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sauber, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war zwar etwas quietschig, aber dennoch vollkommen gemütlich. Die Familie, die die Unterkunft betreibt, ist sehr freundlich, nie aufdringlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der dazugebuchte Segeltrip war großartig und ist jeden Cent wert! Die Sonnenuntergänge am 1min entfernten Strand sind dermaßen schön...Wahnsinn.

Sürekli seyahat ediyorum hem ailemle hem eşimle ama şimdiye kadar kaldığım en temiz ve en güzel kahvaltısı olan bir apart oteldi.Gerçekten sizin rahatınız ve güzel bir tatil geçirmeniz için uğraşan çalışanlar vardı.Etrafında güzel tavernalar ve restoranlar mevcut.Gözünüz kapalı gitmelisiniz☺️

The resort is amazing and beyond expectations, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the surrounding areas are all worth exploring which you can explore by electric bikes of the resort. Breakfast includes a wide selection of foods, all fresh. Most importantly, if you’re looking for a place to relax, away from the noise, surrounded by a forest, this is the place. Highly recommended and will definitely come back both on and off season.
