Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Sirmione

We had a great holiday. The location is great. The day starts or ends on the terrace overlooking the lake and towards Limone. Good starting point for things to do in each direction. Everything we needed was there, in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The car parked right outside the door, which is a big plus on Lake Garda. The landlords are always helpful. We can only recommend the property.

Our days at Lake Garda with Chiara were super nice! Everything was as described and even better. The large pool, the great facility and the view are a highlight. The enclosed parking lot with automatic gate is also great. The small promenade of Cisano can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot and Lazise as well as Bardolino itself can be reached after approx. 30 minutes with a nice walk directly on the lake. We'd come back any time! :) Brief, from our point of view, helpful info: Access to the lake is somewhat difficult due to the large campsite. Here you should pay particular attention to leaving the lake at the promenade of Cisano if you want to return directly to the apartment from Bardolino. Otherwise, due to the large number of fenced properties directly on the lake, you walk until shortly before Lazise to reload the lake path.

Fabulous accommodation both as a location and as host availability! Very convenient location: in a few minutes on foot you can get to the center and convenient even from the point of view of the amenities. For those arriving by car, having a parking lot under the house is much appreciated. We traveled with girls and the apartment was really comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended!

As soon as we arrived we appreciated the parking lot right there and the beautiful glass window with a terrace with spectacular views. The place is perfect for a couple, quiet and perfect place to leave for the various adventures on the lake. Giuseppe, very busy, explained everything we could do and was always available. We'll definitely beback.

Marco was very responsive to all of our questions and his place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. Short walk to the Arena and all of the other main sites in the city center. Would highly recommend Marco and his apartment!

The stay at the place was impeccable! The host was even so nice and picked us up at the bus stop (arrival by FlixBus) and brought us to the accommodation, he had offered the same to us again on departure. Furthermore, we felt well taken care of, as we always received an immediate response (we had once locked ourselves out and within a few minutes someone came to unlock us)! That's not all a matter of course :) The place was clean and very well equipped! The kitchen had everything your heart desires and you could also cook for yourself in this great place. Wonderful restaurants can also be found within walking distance. A bus stop is nearby (approx. 1 minute walking distance from the property). The bus runs from there in one direction to Desenzano (via Sirmione center) and in the other direction to Verona (via Peschiera). Thus, day trips are also super possible! We will be happy to come back. 🫶

My wife and our dog had a great time at this place. Umberto is a very helpful person and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is in a very nice residence surrounded by greenery a few kilometers from the lake. A great place to visit both Verona and Mantua in addition to the various villages on the lake. We were given some tips to see characteristic places like Borghetto that we really appreciated

The apartment is very nice, but what definitely best about the accommodation is the garden. It is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed it a lot. Also it is very close to the lake, which is nice.

Perfect experience, impeccable structure with attention to detail. Very clean mobile apartment equipped with all the accessories. Very peaceful area and attached to many activities. Two minutes by car from Peschiera del Garda . The owner is available, friendly and generous . I absolutely recommend this property.

We came to Patrizia’s house as 2 families with 4 children altogether. There were enough space. Rooms are spacious, Lots of place at the tables. The kitchen is well equipped and we could use summer kitchen for barbecue. The house was very clean when we came. There is not much green space outside, just a few meters in front of the house. If there was more it would be perfect for our children to play. From San Quirico we made lots of trips around Garda. So it is good place for those who want to move around. There are many leaflets at the place so you could use them as inspiration for trips. Thank you once again.

Couldn't fault this place - everything was perfect. Like other reviews say, the pictures don't do it justice. We were 2 families including 4 children and it was just what we needed - plenty of space for us all inside and out. Very well equipped, spotless and with nice touches like fruit, water and Easter chocolates! Toscano del Maderno is a nice little town, well located for visiting other towns on the lake or a trip to Verona. The house is a lovely 15 minute walk to the lake and there are plenty of restaurants in the town. We'd recommend Il Boccone (5mins from the house) and Pizzeria Sant'Ercolano for food. Carlo Pasticceria is great for delicious baked goods and coffee - we went nearly every day! The Air BnB hosts, Margherita and Pasquale, were very responsive and happy to help with any questions - if you have the chance visit their bar, Panorama al Fil, up in the hills for great views! Would definitely recommend staying here and would book again!

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Seniora (mom) Serena was very nice and helpful. The garden has a beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. If you don't mind the steep and winding path, then the accommodation is a very nice place for your vacation. We thank you for the nice and warm welcome from the woman ( mom) Serena.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described, and the city center was within easy walking distance. The host was always quick to respond to messages and very friendly. I would recommend it!

Olivia is definitely a friendly Host and those who make you feel comfortable. The place is rustic as we like; it is a unique loft environment with a double bed (in all 4 beds). The fireplace is connected to the heating and in this mid-season it has been more than comfortable. To be perfect, the outdoor space should be fenced/closed so that you can leave your 4mm free. In front of the farmhouse there is a nice lawn where you can relax on a hammock or a lounger in the shade of the trees. The only thing is the geese that, if left free, can create some problems since it is an aggressive animal by nature. In the area there are several short trails that are long for nice hikes. Salò can be reached in 20/25 minutes. Finally, on foot you can reach two excellent trattorias where you can eat more than well with honest prices.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicola's. Although the accommodation is' shared ', we have a bathroom wc and bedroom independent of the rest of the apartment. The instructions were clear and Nicola is very responsive. The bed is very comfortable, the building is quiet while remaining close by car to downtown Verona. Thank you again! 😊

Perfect welcome with a proactive host! Introductory tour of the house, complete and impeccably clean!!! we did not lack anything, there was even too much 🙏🏼 (at least one hand towel per person per day!), full of small welcome gifts (savory cookies, sweet, jams, spread, sandwich bread, etc.) functional bathroom with bathtub, handwasher soap, washing machine with laundry detergent and lots of laundry clips to be able to spread out on the sunny balcony almost all day! i really recommend this place ideal for a family or group! we were extremely well received, had a nice stay, did not miss anything and even at the time of checkout we were pleasantly accompanied. The village, lake and area are beautiful!!!

Super nice apartment with great view!

We felt comfortable as a family in Miriam's sparkling clean and cozily furnished apartment. The large balcony for eating and relaxing is particularly nice and the built-in air conditioning cools or warms quickly and reliable. If you are traveling with small children, you should make sure that the house is quite eavesdropping and the children's noise needs to be checked a little.

Lovely apartment in a great spot to explore the area. Nice extra touches to make us feel at home. And a great coffee machine!

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

Erika's apartment is simply a feel-good oasis. We stayed 10 nights here and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, is really equipped to the last detail and the location is fantastic. Lake Garda and great restaurants and bars are within 20 meters. The private and separate garden area is great. You feel like you have your own little cottage in Italy. Erika and her mom welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us very well. We can recommend this apartment and the location. We are 2 adults, 3 children (4,10,15) and a dog. Thank you Erika
