The property is consistent with the photos, except for the sea view, since they are building a building with about 4 floors in front, which partially blocks the sea view. It would be interesting if the photos were updated, because although incredible, the view of the apartment is not the one available in the advertisement, which was the main point considered when choosing this apartment and not others in Aloha. I recommend providing face towels and a larger clothesline, the one available was small for drying the bathing clothes of 6 people. The host was very helpful and attentive to the tips, as well as to the specific problem with ventilation/air control. Another point is that guests are instructed to wear yellow identification wristbands inside the Aloha Residence throughout their stay, and it is possible to change them, but when we requested the change on the second day, we were warned that it would not be possible to change them daily, as it would incur costs for the condominium.

The beach stretch is great for children: it is protected by reefs, the water is crystal clear, calm and shallow. The property is great. Martha responds very quickly. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Host) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children as well as being on the sand. Also offers chairs, sun umbrella and table. Making everything more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. It has fixed tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

Large and clean pool. The restaurant serves a good breakfast for only R$27 per person. We also had lunch one day and the food was great. Super recommend. The beach in front is beautiful and almost private. For those looking for quiet, the place is perfect. The only recommendation I make is to change the frying pan for a larger one because the one in the flat is with the cable loose and is small.

Flawless apartment, complete all furnished, full kitchen, we were in 7 people and super comfortable, also wonderful condominium, waterfront and excellent pools also without the pool bar that makes a total difference. The apartment is in the block closest to the beach without a doubt also a differential. We had a very good stay! The apartment is complete, with air conditioning in all rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The AP still has barbecue and beer in the balcony. It has housekeeping service and provides pool towels, something that other apartments in the same condominium do not offer. The ground floor apartment is a differential, as the pool becomes an extension of the house, making it almost a private pool. The condominium has a cost-effective restaurant and a convenience store. The beach in front of the condo is undoubtedly the best in the region! It is perfect for those traveling with children. It is protected by a large reef during low tide that ends up forming a large natural pool. The only observation is that the gaming hall's foosball and pool tables need maintenance, but this did not compromise the hosting experience at all. Roberto was very attentive and assisted us promptly whenever we need to. I highly recommend it!
