Enjoyably quiet, in a hut, under lovely foliage, in the sub tropics. Buderium is not far from a lot of areas in the Sunshine Coast, so it was a good spot to stay with my car. Small but functional and good value for the money.

Dylan was an amazing host. Very friendly, welcoming and thankfully very flexible when our plans changed unexpectedly. The location is super convenient to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer and the treehouse made a great base for our first month on the Sunshine Coast. The flat was very clean and instructions very clear. We would absolutely recommend Dylan and his treehouse for a longer term stay on the Sunshine Coast.

David's place was exactly what I was looking for. A very stylish and spacious studio apartment to stay for an overnight stop over! The bed was VERY comfortable, the kitchen was big and came with a full size refrigerator and if I drank coffee, the Nespresso machine would have definitely been used. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I'm ever up there again!

I stayed in this apartment and couldn’t fault a thing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Grace and Kathy were fantastic hosts – super helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They made the check-in process smooth and made sure I felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient place to stay in Birtinya. I’ll definitely be back!
