Die Unterkunft war perfekt um zu Fuß mit den Kids die Stadt Passau zu erkunden. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Mängel werden sofort behoben, was den Vermieter sehr vertrauenswürdig macht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sind Jakob für seine Gastfreundschaft sehr dankbar. Er war für alle wichtigen und unwichtigen Anliegen erreichbar👍🙂.

War super schön dort. Tolles Apartment mit sehr freundlichem Service! Kaffeemaschine wurde anstandslos gleich ausgetauscht. Freundliche Kommunikation. Das mit der Bettwäsche ist ein bisschen umständlich formuliert. Wir dachten durch den erwähnten Aufpreis wäre es optional und haben extra von Zuhause alles mitgeschleppt um dann erst aufgezogene Bettwäsche zu bekommen, welche eben extra verrechnet wird. Sonst gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Ubytování bylo na krásném místě v přírodě. Pokoje čisté a vše odpovídalo popisu. Čisté a voňavé ložní prádlo. Hostitelé byli velmi přívětiví. Výborná dostupnost do lyžařských středisek Flachau, Flachauwinkl a Zauchensee.

Merveilleuse semaine dans cette location idéalement située en hauteur pour une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. Tous les commerçants se trouvent dans un rayon de 5km, mais vous trouverez un SPAR et une boulangerie à 2mn en voiture. La propriétaire vit dans la maison d'á côté et elle est très serviable et gentille 😊. Je recommande donc fortement cette location où vous passerez un excellent séjour.

Ein super Ort um einfach mal runter zu kommen und sich zu Erden. Der Alltagsstress ist wie weg geblasen und man kann sich komplett auf das hier und jetzt fokussieren. ✨ Kommunikation war super und wenn es ein Problem gab wurde schnell gehandelt. 🙏 Nur weiter zu empfehlen! ♥️🌞 Das nächste Wochenende ist schon gebucht! ✨🔮

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Helga et Herbert. Le logement est confortable, spacieux, très propre, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Il y a également tout le nécessaire, si besoin, pour un bébé (avec des animaux à proximité !). L’environnement est paisible avec des randonnées accessibles au pied du logement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Helga qui a été attentionnée et disponible. Les plats proposés à l’auberge sont délicieux. Nous remercions Helga et Herbert pour leur accueil.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!
