Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. Cooking in the large, beautiful kitchen is a delight. Dine at the six person kitchen island, or, at the dining table in the four seasons room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, as well as a spacious laundry room make for a lovely stay.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat
Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Enjoy a moment of rest in our Schoolhouse! The Schoolhouse is located just out of town and North of Sioux Center (IA). Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

Apartment — down the road from Dordt and park
This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
