Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Le gîte est idéalement situé avec une vue spectaculaire sur un château et une campagne environnante. Il peut accueillir 3 personnes. Il peut convenir à un couple, une famille avec 2 enfants ou 3 adultes. Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Cottage Bungalow, on one level, is built as an extension of the main house (the oldest parts date from 1653) with private access and terrace and view of the private pond. A moment of pause. Soothing, magical, rejuvenating atmosphere. This rental is built later respecting the old style in exposed stones and restyled in 2023. The entrance is close to the forests and therefore ideal for spending your holidays with a pet.
