Beachfront holiday rental in Sion Farm

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much at Mindy’s place in St Croix. The views were beautiful and it’s positioned perfectly near many restaurants and beaches. A couple things you’ll definitely want to be aware of is its next door to the dump, so much loud crashing and people taking and trucks with beeping sounds all the time. Also, it’s on the busy road, which we didn’t know until we checked in since the map on AirBnb wasn’t accurate. The pool, the views and overall location were amazing!

My teenage kids and I have adopted Gabrielles place as our home away from home. When we ponder staying elsewhere the thought is quickly dismissed as it just wouldn’t feel right to be anywhere else! From getting to know downtown Christiansted and the Boardwalk intimately -rich with restaurants, shops and personality to sitting in her peaceful Courtyard either quietly on our private patio or visiting with Gabrielle and other guests at the community table the space is perfect. She truly has created a magically warm and welcoming space as a home base for your visit.

Great location and perfect size for our family of three. We enjoyed the patio roof top views and the easy 5 minute walk to downtown. Three minute water taxi to Cay beach which was awesome. Thanks Rae!

The condo is clean and in good condition. I feel safe here. The view from my balcony is amazing. I can see the Caribbean and the very nice pool. Russell made me feel like family and was vey helpful. One time I got stranded at the grocery store because the bus didn’t come. Russell came to the grocery store to pick me up. The laundry on property is clean and easy to use. The condo has all that is needed to live comfortably.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was super clean and comfortable. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great location in a gated community that was easy to access. We appreciated having the beach chairs and towels. You have to check out Blues BBQ that’s right down the road. We are from Texas and the brisket was some of the best we’ve ever had - Eddie is a great dude too and makes the best margs! A huge shoutout to Shawnte who was the best host, checked in on us and offered great local recommendations. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

We had an amazing stay at Pooja’s we highly recommend staying at this airbnb. We enjoyed the area and the views are incredible. You can hear and feel the ocean breeze from the bedroom. It’s close to many hikes, beaches, attractions and an all around great location and place to stay!

This place is a prime location for everything in Christiansted! We walked to everything and rented a car to go to beaches and fredericksted! The ac in both the living room and bedroom was a game changer (and rarity with island life). The apartment itself could use some updating but that’s mostly for aesthetic reasons. My two suggestions would be 1) having a tv in the bedroom would be a nice plus for the days you get in and just wanna relax in bed after a long day at the beach and 2) having enough beach chairs for all of the stays. It’s first come first serve however, we were only able to grab one for the entire stay which was a bit of a bummer. Overall we would 1000% stay here again when visiting st croix! Stephanie who cleans was very helpful with recommendations and even allowed my husband to use an extension cord/ vacuum when checking out for our rental car. Street parking made me nervous when booking, but we had 0 issues the entire trip. Don’t hesitate to book here :)

the bed was super comfortable and the sheets are very soft! I had issues with the digital keypad but the team was super responsive and were able to get me access to a spare key within minutes. I loved being able to walk to dinner and excursions but was far enough away to not hear people from inside the unit. When I come back to St Croix someday I hope this unit is available because it was great!

Place was sleek, clean, well designed, fabulous views. There is no immediate onsite accommodations for dining or drinks, but as long as you have a car rental to get around, town is a ten minute drive away with all that it has to offer. I would definitely rent from

This condo is beautiful- we have stayed multiple times. The condo is on a wonderful beach and has all the amenities needed. Leslie also has some great recommendations. Great place to stay - highly encourage.

Everything was as shown. But even better to see in person! There is A/C in the room only. Which was perfectly fine as the sea breeze kept the place comfortable all day. Plenty of space for a couple. We loved that it was a more private community. Getting in and out was easy. Road can be rough in spots driving to the gate into community. But that’s typical of the island. For the activities we had planned it was an ideal location to get anywhere in a good amount of time. Felt like home away from home which is what we live instead of going to a hotel or resort. Lori is always a message or call away. Very friendly!

Enjoyed our stay in Pelican Cove. The private beach is wonderful and great access to local food right in the complex. The staff at the Pelican Cove were amazing and we enjoyed getting to know them during the week. We also loved the fact that the condo had coolers, chairs and towels for our use. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Croix. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The view was amazing, and the area was very private. The hosts were great with communication and gave great recommendations to many local spots. Overall, we absolutely recommend this stay and hope to be able to come back in the future.

After a stressful few years, I was looking for a vacation home where I could relax & enjoy some quiet time to myself. This condo was exactly what I needed! I especially love that the bedroom is beachfront so I could fall asleep listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breezes. The resort crew worked hard to keep the beach & pool area clean. Most days and evenings, I had the beach and pool to myself. It definitely was not crowded at this resort. Traveling alone I sometimes worry about security but I felt completely safe and comfortable. This condo & resort truly felt like home away from home. The residents and other guests were all very nice. Although the condo is well furnished throughout, I rarely sat on the living room furniture because I spent most of time on the gallery enjoying the sites and sounds. It is always nice to have such a great experience on vacation because I know this is someplace I will gladly visit again! Thank you Eric & Shannon!

The Colony Cove condo on St. Croix was very nice, great location within the complex steps away from the beach and pool. During our 30 day stay, we were able to explore all sides of the island, multiple restaurants and a few additional beaches.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We met some wonderful people.The restaurant was very good and you were a short walk from stores and a short drive from some beautiful places. The pool was well kept and it was a great location to the water.

Kent's place was nice, peaceful and easy to find. Closest place to the beach and the pool. The pool and the beach were both beautiful. We really enjoyed the snack shack, which was open from 12-5 and offered lots of food choices (healthy and unhealthy) as well as some great frozen drinks and fun bartenders. The beach was nice and offered good snorkeling. My son and I snorkeled quite a bit and right at the beach and to the right of the beach (walking distance, around the corner) we saw lots of species of underwater life including sting ray, nurse shark, barracudas, eel, and other fish. In 20 minutes or less, you could get to any part of the island. We went to Cane Bay to snorkel, where we saw lots of other life including sea turtles. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Truly enjoyed our stay! Brandi was responsive and great to communicate with. Her place is as described in the listing. We mainly spent time there sleeping and having breakfast, but felt right at home. There's a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the balcony and met a couple of friendly neighbors while sitting out there. I liked the privacy curtains on the balcony doors allowing for privacy when needed. The bed in the primary room was extremely comfortable. FYI... The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors pretty well. Definitely recommend and willl stay again!

Gentle Winds is a great spot! I’ve stayed at this complex a few times, Barbara’s place is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at yet! This was the sentiment of many in my party. It was updated, and very clean. The condo had everything we needed for my family to be comfortable. We especially loved sitting out on the porch in the morning for coffee. Barbara and her cohost were super helpful with all of our needs, and very responsive. I would definitely stay at this place again, and I would highly recommend to anyone, if you’re thinking of staying at Gentle Winds, that you stay with Barbara.

My husband, son and I stayed here in early April. We were very pleased with the peacefulness of the location. It’s a little remote so you definitely need a car, but we were steps away from the beach and the ocean. My husband loved snorkeling in the ocean and he saw some really neat aquatic life. Marsha was extremely communicative both leading up to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love this Air BnB. This is my #1 place to go to. Perfect location, quiet, clean, and Debby and her husband are perfect hosts. I’ve stayed here a few times before and I am looking forward to my next stay.

Our stay at Gregory’s place was great. Gentle Winds beach and pool were excellent. The beach “shack” was very convenient for snacks and drinks the days we stayed at our beach. The tuna sandwiches were the best! We loved mid island location too. Very close to Cane Bay beach and restaurants there. Condo was very clean and well stocked…..especially beach stuff….towels, toys, snorkeling fins , water bottles. Lots of spices and sauces already in unit so check before buying. there was also a 5 gallon refillable water jug there which most grocery store refills.

A great facility and location, well equipped. Our only issue was the cleaning on arrival was left than expected. However, we contacted Carl and he had his cleaning person back out the next day. Definitely would rent again
