Free private parking is available and you can charge your electric car at the in-house e-gas station with 11 kW, 22 kW or 50 kW DC charging power. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first large bedroom (double bed) has a desk with lamp, a radio alarm clock and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 4 beds also has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, 2 beds and air conditioning, a 65" OLED TV, a large dining table. The very large kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stovetop as well as a fully automatic coffee machine incl. milk frother, kettle and toaster as well as a table with seating. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment. The toilet is specially separated next to the bathroom.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
