The place fully met the description and met my expectations in every way. Cleanliness and order were exemplary, and the new equipment, including the furniture, left a very positive impression.

Great place for a 1 night stop en route to CZ. We traveled with our 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space to spread out. Everything worked flawlessly and it was nice to be able to wash and dry some laundry. Check in with Peter was seamless and the entire flat was extremely comfortable and well thought out. Would recommend.

Markus and Kathrin were very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is new and very homely and extremely clean. Sinzing is a small village in the countryside near Regensburg. In the house there are 3 residential units that can be rented separately. The ground floor apartment has a garden, both apartments on the 1st floor have a large balcony. Our apartment was very well equipped. The apartments are equipped with soundproofing windows. Markus and Kathrin work and live across the street and were always easily accessible to us. Regensburg can be reached by bike in about 20-30 minutes, by car it is a stone's throw away. The accommodation is absolutely recommendable!

Everything was straightforward, the apartment was clean and the host was very friendly. Everything was fine.
