Monthly Rentals in Sindibad

The stay at Saida's apartment went very well. Saida, as well as Zahra, the lady in charge of entry and exit, welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us throughout our stay by guiding us through the neighborhood and being available 24/7. I highly recommend renting this accommodation from Saida, for the hospitality and availability of the host, which will allow you to discover the neighborhood and more generally Casablanca in the best conditions.

This was a wonderful and very cozy place to stay. I spent over a month here and absolutely loved it. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living spaces are very comfortable. One of my favorite routines was taking an evening walk along the ocean to Espresslab and back — a beautiful and relaxing route. Keep in mind that the apartment is located a bit away from downtown Casablanca, and there are few cafés and shops nearby. However, taxis and Glovo deliveries work perfectly, so getting around or ordering essentials is easy. Toward the end of our stay, I encountered some minor issues with the water supply, but Yana responded very quickly and helped resolve everything smoothly.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was quick and efficient. Kamil was very thoughtful and even helped with transportation advice from the airport to the apartment. Check-in was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed by the security guard at the complex. The location was absolutely perfect—everything I needed was within easy reach. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nice and newly built/renovated. Good location, not quite on the beach front and it’s a bit of a pain to actually get to the beach but a lovely overall stay. The front reception and staff in general didn’t quite seem to have a grasp on things and the pool table and fusball table were broken and the staff just shrugged and didn’t seem to care (shame for what is overall a new looking place.) Be careful if booking via Airbnb the breakfast of the hotel is not included and is $15 pp per day which is about 40% of the room rate additional just for a very basic breakfast…this should be included if the airbnb is within a hotel complex
