Charming French Country Home from 1928

Nestled amidst pristine nature just 15 km from Contis Plage, this charming farmhouse, originally the residence of forest owners dating back to 1928, has undergone recent renovations. Set on 11 acres of a traditional "Airial Landais", it now serves as a secluded retreat, offering an idyllic combination of serenity, expansive space, and utter tranquility. Here, you'll discover a peaceful sanctuary immersed in natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza only 4 km away.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

It is located 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Biarritz and 15 minutes from the train station. The Airial is not suitable for parties.
