Brad's house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is soft and comfortable. Brad responded to messages expediently. He and Tina went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was supposed to stay at another location, but due to a change in my travel plans, I needed to checkin a day later. Dina relocated me to a larger unit that was closer to her own base so she could assist in a real early morning checkin. Unit was very nice in a quiet complex, 2 bedrooms (I only used one), an equipped functional kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with comfortable furniture and cable TV. Dining room table could seat six. 3 A/C units that worked very well. Unit had a designated parking space. Except when the kids went to school, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, the kids were well behaved. Even though the rental was further from a business I was dealing with, the switch was an upgrade. Only hiccup was the checkout instructions came too late, so I cleaned the kitchen, took out the garbage and tidied up the unit. I hope that it was sufficient. My experience was good, and if I am ever in Guam I would not hesitate to rent from Dina again.

Great place to stay as well as being close to everything on-island. Very spacious and clean. Felt home despite being off island for an extended period of time.

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable
