Holiday rentals with a patio in Simpsonville

The accommodations were great. Just as described by the property owner on AirBnB The layout is very open. The closets are huge. The kitchen had more items than I’m used to seeing in an AirBnB kitchen; spices, cooking oils, storage containers & foil. Very useable kitchen for a quiet night in. There is an upscale Food Lion within walking distance & a CVS pharmacy around the corner that stays open late (even the pharmacy). The location is just 5-8 minutes from downtown Greenville and a very easy drive. We were attending a wedding & reception that was near Travelers Rest but chose Greenville because of everything to do & everything so close by. Christopher was very responsive to a couple text that I had. And is taking care of mailing me my keys that I left in one of the drawers that his cleaning staff reported finding (before I even noticed). I really apprectate Christopher’s help resolving this. Will definitely book with Christopher again next time I’m in Greenville. 5 Stars

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

The home was clean and in a great location with close access to downtown, which was a big plus. It was simple and had the essentials—no frills, but it got the job done for our stay.

I came into the are to spend the holidays with family. My initial impression was that the pictures did not do the home justice. The home was cozy and inviting. I was able to bring my dogs which eased holiday stress for me. The neighborhood was quiet and no outdoor noise bled into the space. I would love to come back in warmer weather to explore the cute downtown area. 100% recommend and will look for this place again for future visits!

Gail’s place exceeded our expectations! Nestled in a lush garden with European flair style and decor throughout. High quality bath and bed linens, comfortable bed, beautiful rugs & art,large tv and nice kitchen ware. Perfect location to visit Travelers Rest and Greenville. Location convenient to everything. Once we arrived, we didn't want to leave! We were attending an early morning event nearby where the accommodations were sold out early. So Jaci's place was supposed to be our "backup plan". But it turned into our "main event" when we discovered what an ideal place it was to de-stress from everyday life. Delightfully decorated! Perfectly pristine! Cozily comfortable! With almost any appliance or accommodation necessary for a lost weekend. And everything WORKED! Although the location is decidedly rural/woodland, we had no trouble finding her place and locating many restaurant options within a 15-20 minute drive. And Jaci's guidebook gave us lots of ideas for local points of interest. All-in-all, YES we WOULD return! Enthusiastically!!

We really enjoyed our time at this comfy home. The accommodations were great. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch each morning sipping our morning tea & coffee. The surrounding area was quiet, beautiful and peacefull. All communications were prompt. We would live to stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a family wedding, and this was a wonderful home for us to gather and host a small brunch. We loved the porch especially! It’s a nice neighborhood, quiet and also close to shops and restaurants.

We’ve stayed at Stroll to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe 4 times. We enjoy the home and the neighborhood. There is a nice park across the street. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet. Its location is near many venues- downtown Greenville, Greenville Little Theatre, The Peace Center, Falls Park, and The Greenville Zoo. Amie is a great host!

We've stayed in AirBnB homes for years in many countries and locations. Lumila's home is our favorite of them all! The location is very quiet, making the back deck a wonderful hangout location. The furnishings were perfect for our big group. The beds were all very comfortable. Having access to the garage saved us several times from getting rained on. The kitchen, with it's well-stocked utensils, cookware, and coffee k-cups, was perfect for our big family to prepare meals. When the entire neighborhood lost cable internet one evening, Ludmila was very communicative! We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave!!

If there were a rating higher than five stars, I would certainly be using it. This “whimsical” Airbnb was an absolute pleasure to stay at. It was extremely comfortable, very well organized, and there was not a thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. The back porch sitting area was extremely peaceful and comfortable. The property was everything we look for in an Airbnb. In addition, Jessica was extremely responsive to all of our communications, and was very flexible on our arrival and departure. I do not have enough good things to say about our stay. Thanks, Jessica!

We loved staying here. Another couple went with us and called her mom and said we need to stay here. Enjoyed sitting outside and eating breakfast in the cool morning air. Slept great! Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home.

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

Great value for cost. Property is secure and comfortable. The room was cool and comfortable and had excellent humidity control. Despite location in a busier part of town, the room was very quiet. Check-in was flexible and the host was very responsive. For solo travelers looking for a quiet spot in a convenient location for getting around Greenville, this is a great option.

We absolutely loved our trip! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We loved the outdoor patio to enjoy the evenings on both nights we were there. We would stay here again if we came back to Greenville.

Location is great! We walked everywhere, from the excellent Indy bookstore across the street to the Greenville Drive minor league baseball field. The condo is alongside an alley. I heard HVAC units going off and on at night and a garbage truck emptying the nearby dumpster. My partner heard nothing that interrupted his sleep. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware. We chose the place because our dog could stay with us and because downtown Greenville is entirely walkable from here, and we were glad for both of these things.
