Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, swimming, koala reserve, penguin parade, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

You will love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 8 mins of the foreshore, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two air bnb's located behind each other approx 20m apart, with a fence separating them .
