The house and room were spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and scenic. Chen was an outstanding host—always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This space was a perfect location for my son who needed an extended place to stay while we had some construction going on at the house he was living in. Very close to Chapman campus, quiet lovely street and a private from with his own private entrance. Host was very responsive and the space was just as described. Very small but has everything you need to live. Beautiful finishings, great bathroom and cute little kitchenette

The location is excellent and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is clean and basically consistent with the description. It is worth staying again.

My girlfriend and I spent our 2 year anniversary here and had a wonderful time! Kira truly created a magical place to stay at. She put in a lot of effort to make everything come together in an artistic and personable manner. The art on the property is absolutely stunning and creates a unique and fun environment. She was a kind and responsive host to us and was always available to answer questions or give recommendations. The location is great, surrounded by hikes and beautiful scenery. Would totally recommend if you love to hike!
