We love the change from hotter summers in Maryland. Our kids and cousins were free to discover for themselves the forest and streams around us in absolute safety. Sometimes we have roaring bonfires under brilliant starry skies after night dips in the lake. The best clay tennis courts in the East are just 2 miles down the road in Silver Bay . The people here start conversations with total strangers and step forth from pages of Andy of Mayberry and the Great Gatsby...we love being with them.

Our Adirondack Guest House is centrally located to many nearby attractions the region has to offer. Located on 10 wooded acres, just minutes off Northway I-87. Only 2 miles from Schroon Lake boat launch and Word of Life. Minutes to Brant Lake & Loon Lake. A short drive to beautiful Lake George and nearby Gore Mountain. The area offers: swimming, hiking, bicycling, fishing, golfing, canoeing & kayaking, river tubing, adventure course, rodeos, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, & snowmobiling.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

Hideaway in Huletts Landing on Lake George in a custom, built by owner tiny, home. Access to a private beach via a short drive or hilled walk with tennis courts, basketball court and beach volleyball. This 1 acre wooded lot includes an outdoor patio/kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. Enjoy access to all Huletts Landing has to offer; par 3 golf course, ice cream shop and a bar (July/August). 5 minute drive to Black Mountain trail head. Off House, environmental friendly porta loo.

White & Black Cottage

The White & Black Cottage is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms and a Stewart’s a block or two away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

Inside the cottage, this home is designed with every detail carefully selected, and all modern amenities included! Cozy, comfortable and well-appointed... a perfect vacation location!

Experience a Vermont “camp” house on beautiful Lake Bomoseen in a mostly modernized way. During the summer, the lake is perfect for tubing, skiing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and watching wildlife. The house features two bedrooms with queen beds, a loft for kids above the living room, two pullout couches, an updated kitchen, one incredible sunroom with views of the lake, a bathroom, propane grill and firepit, two kayaks, and the critical Wifi. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Sunrise over South Mountain

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

1700 sq ft, 2+ bedroom, 1 bath waterfront lower-level space with outstanding western sunsets. Dock seasonally May-Sept, guests can bring personal boat. Kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard on-site. 10 minutes from Lake George and Six Flags Great Escape and 20 minutes from Saratoga. Beautiful patio and firepit. Space is private lower level of home, with private entrance. Outdoor space is shared. There may or may not be guests in the upper unit.

Come enjoy a lakeside getaway at, newly constructed, High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake! Situated 25 miles from Saratoga Springs, NY and 33 miles from Manchester, VT. Amazing views of the lake from the spacious open-concept living room. Relax on the lower deck and make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Water access and private dock for your boat just steps away from the house. Use the canoe and kayaks provided to explore the lake.
