Villa Anka

The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. And once you come here you don't have to worry about extra costs... taxes, final cleaning, parking, AC, WiFi are included in the price! ;-)

The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and one bathroom. It is especially suitable for families with children or friends. The apartment is air conditioned, has wi fi, and in the outdoor area you can enjoy in jaccuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea and another covered terrace with barbecue. My place is very close to the beach. Only two minutes away. It is great for couples and families which enjoy walks next to the beach or cycling. Near the apartment is restaurant, supermarket, bakery and even the dog beach. You will love my place because of the new furniture, TV, air condition and constant updating to make you feel satisfied. You can contact us at any time of the day. If you have a pet the pet fee is 5€/day which you pay in cash on the arrival day.

Relax in this cozy and nicely decorated accommodation. The studio is located in the center of the small town of Sveti Vid-Miholjice, just above Malinska. It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.

A parking spot for 1 car is provided (included in the price)! Modern life in the old part of the city is the perfect vacation. The apartment is in the very CENTER, HISTORIC Old Town of KRK. You can explore all city Krk's main attractions on foot in short minutes and also visit beaches nearby (200m away). Apartment Street is quiet and great for a night of sleep and private parking is also provided inside the historic city walls!
