Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

The building is on a small quiet street. The studio is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Its surface area is 20 m². It's not suitable for children under 2. It's a real 140 cm bed. The lake is a 10-15 minute walk from the studio.
