The house is composed of 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), a living-dining room with sofa bed and an extra bed for 1 Perfect for up to 6 adults and 1 child, or 7 adults possible. Free access to our shared pool in our garden until 7pm. Ideal for 24-hour WE, competition at the Boulerie Jump or relaxing in the countryside. The property is in the countryside in a very quiet and refreshing place.

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the tranquility of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 travellers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
