Great central location, it is on 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs a few times a day. Also, there are no cars slowed in centre-ville so you must park 5-10 m away in a town lot. $20 €/ day.

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

we had a great time at Clément's place. The apartment is very well located: the beach next door, the city center nearby, a great market next door. The apartment is clean , well-equipped and private parking is nice. We had some great walks.

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

Fanny's cottage is very well placed. Everything is within easy walking distance and really close! The environment is peaceful. The house is really convenient with nice amenities. Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful, a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we get the sunset, it's great.

Great stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very comfortable, and the view is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will return on a future stay.

The apartment is very nice and functional, everything necessary is available and of good quality. The balcony is great, views of the countryside including horses and donkeys in the pasture. A shop right around the corner that is also open on Sundays. Beach within walking distance, also a very nice way there. The heating was on upon arrival, the apartment warm, everything clean and tidy. A real little paradise! The apartment is very well equipped, clean, functional, tastefully decorated and located on the beach. The sea view is beautiful, breathtaking. We were able to have lunch on the balcony every day in February. Several walks are directly within walking distance from the beach. Bénédicte is a very warm person who takes care of the well-being of her tenants. We'll be happy to go back.

Corinne's place was lovely and clean. with fantastic views in gorgeous Cassis. However, beach access description didn't feel accurate and the pool was closed because it was early in the year. Shame about the second toilet too. Beds very comfortable and lots of amenities including ping pong and lots of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine. Overall excellent.
